About Me
Hello!
And thanks for stopping by!
I work as a GIS analyst, visual communicator, and facilitator in Tacoma, WA who strives for collaborative and inclusive data collection, analysis, and visualization. My use of effective visual communication and problem solving paired with my background in community engagement helps me to establish relationships built on trust, change, and understanding between all stakeholders.
With my background in sustainability, I’ve worked to increase the understanding and collaboration between technical knowledge, lived experiences, and equitable action. Leading Environmental Impact at evo I ensured our carbon footprinting work was done through an equity lens to both support our community and also honor the vision of our team members.
Previously, I managed and facilitated data analytics for South Sound organizations thorugh the Office of Community Partnerships at UW Tacoma. Here, as with the Action Mapping Project (AMP), I am given the opportunity to highlight community voices by coordinating with community and civic leaders to develop and execute data intense projects in their stead.
Currently, I am learning and growing as a GIS Specialist for the evniromental consulting firm, Floyd|Snider
You can also find me on the mountain practicing the skills I learned as an EDGE Outdoors Scholarship winner. Please feel free to reach out with questions, inquiries, or recipe swapping.
