Education Opportunity Index: King County, WA
Quality youth education is one of the most important experiences to future success. The factors that help determine the level opportunity an area has are displayed in an opportunity map. These come together by collecting data on variables that can indicate the quality of life in some way. These indicators, often analyzed by census areas or neighborhoods can express how accessible the environment is the economic health of an area, etc. These factors are combined into one overall score, in a similar way averages are determined.
